Ecommerce Marketplace Advertising & Listing Optimization Manager (Walmart, eBay, Newegg, Amazon and more) Job Description We are a growing ecommerce company in the tech and electronics space looking for an experienced Marketplace Advertising & Growth Manager to help scale sales across Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Newegg, and other ecommerce channels. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience running marketplace ads, optimizing listings, improving product visibility, and increasing conversion rates. This role will involve both advertising management and listing enhancement to help drive overall marketplace growth. The ideal candidate understands how to grow products through a combination of PPC, SEO, listing optimization, creative improvements, and marketplace strategy. Responsibilities Advertising & PPC Management Create and manage: Walmart Sponsored Product Ads Walmart Brand/Store Ads eBay Promoted Listings eBay Store advertising campaigns Newegg Sponsored Ads Optimize campaigns for: ROAS Sales growth Conversion rate Marketplace visibility Product ranking Perform keyword research and competitor analysis Monitor bids, budgets, targeting, and campaign performance regularly Listing Optimization & Enhancement Optimize product listings for better search visibility and conversion Improve: Product titles Bullet points Descriptions Backend/search keywords Category placement Product attributes/specs Enhance listing photos and creative assets Recommend and help implement: Better product images Infographics Lifestyle images Storefront improvements Enhanced brand content Identify underperforming listings and improve conversion rates Requirements Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace advertising Experience with eBay Promoted Listings and Store Ads Experience optimizing ecommerce product listings Understanding of marketplace SEO and ranking strategies Experience improving CTR and conversion rates Strong communication and reporting skills Ability to work independently and proactively Preferred Qualifications Experience with tech/electronics products Experience scaling multi-channel ecommerce brands Familiarity with: Walmart Seller Center eBay Seller Hub Newegg Seller Portal Helium10 or similar ecommerce tools Canva, Photoshop, or listing image enhancement tools What We’re Looking For We want a long-term partner who can help grow our marketplace presence through both effective advertising and strong listing optimization.
