Scalable AI Report Generation Pipeline (Power Automate + Azure Functions + Anthropic Claude API)

We are a registered training organisation (RTO) based in South Australia delivering quality assurance services within the ACE Micro-credential Endorsement framework. We are building an automated pipeline that takes a Teams meeting transcript, uses the Anthropic Claude API to extract structured findings, and populates a formatted Word report — all within our Microsoft 365 environment. The pipeline design, prompt engineering, JSON schema, and Word template are complete. We are looking for an experienced developer to architect and build this for scale, not just for the immediate use case. This is the first report type in what will become a family of automated document generation workflows. We want the architecture right from the start.
