**WhatsApp AI Chatbot – End-to-End Testing & Bug Fixing (Backend)** --- **Background** We have a WhatsApp AI chatbot platform built for businesses. The UI and frontend are fully designed and ready. The backend has been developed in phases and we now need an experienced developer to take ownership of testing, bug identification, and fixing to bring this to a production-ready state. This is a critical project with a strict 2-week deadline. We need someone who can start immediately and commit full time. --- **What You Will Do** 1. **End-to-end testing** of all chatbot features using the frontend (login credentials will be provided) and direct backend access 2. **Document all bugs and incomplete features** in a structured report or Excel sheet 3. **Fix all identified bugs** and complete any hanging or partially implemented features 4. **Work strictly on the backend** — no frontend or UI changes required 5. **Follow the Software Requirements Document (SRS)** provided — this is the source of truth for all expected behaviour --- **Key Features to Test** - Product discovery and narrowing flow (WhatsApp conversation) - Order management (cart, upsell, shipping, payment) - Appointment booking engine - Human handover / live agent flow - Campaign management - Payment confirmation and background job triggers - Customer notifications --- **Required Skills** - Strong backend development experience (Django / Python — specify your stack) - Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar) - Experience building or debugging AI-driven conversation flows - Ability to read and work from a detailed SRS document - Systematic approach to QA — test, document, fix, verify --- **Important — Please Read Before Applying** - This project has a **2-week hard deadline**.
