I’m looking for a WordPress/IDX specialist with direct experience using the Estatik plugin to diagnose and fix issues with my site’s MLS Trestle IDX feed, which recently stopped displaying listings (likely due to API endpoint and timestamp changes). The site is also experiencing intermittent 503 errors, and a previously working cron job for syncing/removing listing photos has failed, causing increased server load. Scope includes restoring full listing visibility, resolving server errors, repairing/optimizing cron jobs, and ensuring search filters (including “All Commercial Real Estate”) function correctly. You must have hands-on Estatik experience—please include examples of live Estatik sites you’ve worked on, your fixed rate, estimated turnaround time, and a brief explanation of your approach.
