Summary

JBM Medical Health & Safety is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Business Development & Operations Coordinator to help support our growing CPR, First Aid, AED Readiness, and Instructor Network programs. This is not a pure lead generation role. We are looking for someone who can help manage relationships, coordinate instructors, support customers, maintain our CRM, and assist with business development activities. Responsibilities: • Follow up with leads, instructors, and customers • Manage and update HubSpot CRM • Schedule appointments and follow-up calls • Coordinate CPR and AED training opportunities • Assist instructors with registration and administrative tasks • Help manage class schedules and student registrations • Support customer service inquiries • Maintain accurate records and communication logs • Assist with outreach to businesses and organizations • Document and improve internal processes Preferred Experience: • HubSpot CRM • Appointment scheduling • Customer service • Business development • Administrative support • Virtual assistant experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills Bonus Experience: • Training, education, healthcare, safety, or compliance industries • Experience supporting remote teams • Process documentation and SOP creation Ideal Candidate: • Highly organized • Strong communicator • Proactive problem solver • Comfortable learning new systems • Reliable and responsive • Able to work independently with minimal supervision Example Tasks: • Follow up with a business interested in CPR training • Coordinate an instructor for an upcoming class • Assist a customer with registration questions • Update HubSpot after a sales call • Prepare follow-up emails and appointment reminders • Help manage training rosters and certifications This position will begin part-time with the opportunity for long-term growth as JBM Medical continues to expand.
