# Build an AI Growth Intelligence System for a 300K+ Personal Brand ## Overview I am a hypnotherapist, coach, and entrepreneur with an Instagram audience of approximately 300,000 followers. I am looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer / Growth Systems Engineer to build an ongoing AI-powered growth intelligence system. This is NOT a dashboard project. I am NOT looking for someone to simply pull analytics and display charts. I want an AI system that continuously analyzes my content, audience, competitors, and business performance and provides strategic recommendations to improve growth, leads, webinar registrations, sales calls, and revenue. ## Current Platforms * Instagram * TikTok * Email Marketing * Webinar Funnels * CRM * Sales Calls ## Objective Build an AI "Growth Advisor" that can answer questions such as: * Why did this reel outperform the others? * What content should I create next? * What patterns are emerging in my audience? * What competitors are doing well right now? * Which content generates the most leads and sales? * What topics are becoming saturated? * What opportunities are emerging in my market? ## Core Requirements ### 1. Content Intelligence The system should continuously analyze: * Reels * Posts * Captions * Hooks * Comments * Saves * Shares * Reach * Views * Engagement The system should identify: * Winning content patterns * Common themes * High-performing hooks * Viral indicators * Underperforming content patterns ### 2. Competitor Intelligence The system should monitor selected competitor accounts and provide insights such as: * Top-performing content * Emerging trends * New content angles * Market shifts * Opportunity gaps ### 3. Audience Intelligence Analyze: * Comments * DMs (if possible) * Webinar questions * Sales call transcripts * Survey responses Identify: * Pain points * Desires * Objections * Frequently used language * Buying triggers * Content opportunities ### 4. Strategy Recommendations Generate ongoing recommendations such as: * Content ideas * Hook ideas * Reel concepts * Story ideas * Webinar topics * Lead magnet ideas * Offer positioning opportunities ### 5. Revenue Attribution This is extremely important.
