We are a rapidly growing life insurance organization seeking an experienced recruiter or recruiting team to help us scale agent hiring nationwide. The opportunity you will be recruiting for is: • 100% Remote (Work From Home) • 100% Commission-Based • Uncapped Income Potential • Nationwide Opportunity • Licensed and Non-Licensed Candidates Welcome We are looking for a recruiter who can consistently generate qualified candidates and schedule interviews at scale. Requirements • Use and manage your own recruiting tools, job boards, CRM/ATS systems, databases, and recruiting infrastructure • Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates • Create and manage job postings • Conduct candidate outreach and follow-up • Deliver a consistent pipeline of interview-ready candidates Preferred Experience • Insurance, financial services, sales, or commission-based recruiting • High-volume recruiting and sourcing • Nationwide hiring campaigns To Apply, Please Include • Relevant recruiting experience • Industries you have recruited for • Recruiting tools and platforms you use • Average interviews and hires generated per month • Whether you work independently or as part of a team Important Question Our goal is simple: qualified candidates showing up for interviews.
