AI Expert for WhatsApp Lead Collection & Scheduling

We are looking for an experienced AI automation and chatbot expert to build a workflow that automates lead collection and meeting scheduling through WhatsApp. The workflow should allow users to interact via WhatsApp, collect their contact information, create or update the contact in HubSpot, and schedule a meeting using Google Calendar / Google Meet. Main Workflow Requirements: - Collect contact information from users via WhatsApp, including: Name Email Phone number Company name if available Preferred meeting time - Add the collected contact information to HubSpot: - Create a new contact if it does not exist - Update the contact if it already exists - Store relevant conversation/context information when possible - Schedule a meeting: - Integrate with Google Calendar - Create a Google Meet link - Send the meeting confirmation back to the user on WhatsApp Must-Have Requirement: The freelancer must be familiar with Hexabot AI (https://github.com/hexabot-ai/hexabot) workflow automation and able to build or customize workflows using Hexabot.
