Self-Hosted Landing Page with CMS and Waitlist (Next.js + Payload)

We need a clean, fast landing page built from a design we already have. The main job is to turn that design into a working page and wire up a "Join the Waitlist" form that saves emails. The page should look sharp on mobile and desktop and load quickly. We want the whole thing self-hosted on our own server so we own everything and keep costs low. The setup is a Next.js app with Payload CMS built into it (Payload 3.0 runs inside Next.js, so the page and the CMS share one codebase). It all runs on a Hetzner VPS deployed through Dokploy, with a single Postgres database holding both the page content and the waitlist signups. Please set up automated database backups from the start. This won't be a one-off. We'll reuse it as a template to build similar landing pages for our clients, so build it cleanly and document it. Structuring it so we can easily duplicate and rebrand per client is a big plus. You should be comfortable with Next.js, Payload CMS, and self-hosting on a VPS (Docker, Hetzner, Dokploy or similar). A portfolio of fast, clean landing pages helps. Do well and there's ongoing work. Ideally someone that use Claude Code to build this. You need experience with deploying to servers.
