We are looking for a fast, available full-stack developer to help us during a crunch phase. The project is a complex open-source codebase with backend and frontend services. We use Codex / Claude Code heavily and provide an onboarding/knowledge-graph tool so you can understand the repository structure quickly before starting. What we need: - Backend feature development, mostly API/service work - Frontend feature development and refactoring - Working from clearly defined tickets - Delibarete testing your own work beforehand - Familiar with the concept of Red Green Testdriven development - Diligently first reading the tasks description not skipping (no Yolo devs please) - Reviewing or improving other developers’ work when needed - Fast iteration and good communication Required skills: - Strong backend experience, ideally Java/Spring Boot or similar service architecture - Solid frontend experience with TypeScript/React - Comfortable reading and understanding large existing codebases - Able to use Codex, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools productively - Git, PRs, code review, testing, and clean implementation habits Nice to have: - Experience with multi-service platforms - Docker/Kubernetes basics - Financial, invoicing, or factoring-related workflows This is not a slow onboarding project. We need people who are available now, can move quickly, and are comfortable contributing to an existing codebase.
