OVERVIEW: We're looking for an experienced Social Media and Email Campaign Manager to own our brand presence across LinkedIn and social platforms, plus manage our outbound email campaigns. This is an autonomous management role for someone who can strategize, execute, and measure results independently. THE ROLE: - Build and execute LinkedIn strategy (content calendar, posts, engagement) - Manage presence across all social platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) - Design, write, and launch email campaigns - Own SEO strategy and optimization (keyword research, on-page SEO, content strategy) - Build and maintain website content and updates - Track metrics and report on performance - Own the brand voice and content calendar - No hand-holding — you run this function WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Proven track record managing B2B social/email programs end-to-end - Strong writing and communication skills - SEO knowledge and experience (keyword research, optimization, analytics) - Website creation and maintenance skills (WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent) - Experience with scheduling tools, email platforms, and analytics - Ability to produce or coordinate content (copy + design) - Results-oriented mindset with real numbers to back it up - Availability and timeline for the role WHO YOU ARE: - Someone who owns projects, not someone who needs direction on every step - Comfortable with a fast-moving business - Able to measure and report on what's working - Ideally with experience in B2B tech or hardware (but not required) SCOPE: Full-time or part-time (flexible), ongoing contract with potential to grow.
