Currently I look for a hands-on Oracle HCM functional lead to own the Talent Management and Learning workstreams end-to-end on a global Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation. What you'll do: - Lead design, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare for Oracle Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud - Facilitate client workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configuration - Configure Talent modules: Goal & Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Profiles, Career Development - Configure Learning modules: catalog, courses, assignments, completions, compliance/certification tracking, SCORM content 12-month contract, immediate start Please include your rate expectations when applying
