AI Systems Consultant for respite/care business (integrations, bookings etc)

We're a small respite/care business looking to integrate AI into our day-to-day operations. We want to work smarter — reducing manual admin, improving client communication, and getting better visibility over our bookings and finances. *Our current tech stack:* - Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) - Xero (accounting & invoicing) - OWNA (childcare management / Online booking platform (participants book via app or email) - Calendly *What we're looking for:* We need someone who can first assess our current workflows and identify where AI can make the biggest impact, then actually build and set up those systems for us.
