Full-Stack AI/LLM Developer for Healthcare MVP

Seeking an experienced Full-Stack AI/LLM Developer to build a secure healthcare MVP for a UAE hospital's Urgent Care/OPD. The project involves integrating AI clinical decision support systems and ensuring data security and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and LLM technologies, with a focus on healthcare applications. This is an urgent, part-time role requiring expertise in developing scalable and secure solutions. Seeking an experienced Full-Stack AI/LLM Developer to build a secure healthcare MVP for a UAE hospital Urgent Care/OPD workflow. The MVP will include: AI clinical documentation draft generator Claim-readiness/documentation completeness checker Arabic/English discharge instruction generator The system must not provide autonomous diagnosis or treatment decisions. All AI outputs must require doctor review, editing, and approval before final use. Required features: Secure web dashboard Doctor login Role-based access control PostgreSQL database AI integration using OpenAI API or Azure OpenAI Admin panel to edit templates/prompts Audit logs for user, time, input, and AI output Copy/export final note to EMR Arabic and English discharge instructions Use fake or de-identified patient cases during development Basic analytics dashboard for documentation completeness and missing fields Preferred experience: Healthcare AI or medical documentation tools LLM applications OpenAI/Azure OpenAI API HIPAA/GDPR or healthcare privacy Secure cloud deployment UAE or GCC healthcare experience is a plus Deliverables: Working MVP Source code in our GitHub repository Deployment guide Admin/user guide Prompt/template library Security documentation 2–4 weeks bug fixing after launch Timeline: 6–8 weeks This is an urgent part-time role with potential for long-term collaboration if the MVP is successful.
