About Elevate Marketing Strategy Elevate Marketing Strategy partners with camps, independent schools, and nonprofit organizations to enhance enrollment, retention, engagement, and visibility through strategic marketing. We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to support our growing roster of day camps, overnight camps, and independent school clients. This is a contract position ideal for someone who enjoys both the strategic and tactical aspects of digital advertising and is comfortable managing multiple campaigns across different organizations. Position Overview The Paid Media Specialist will plan, launch, manage, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The majority of clients will be day camps and residential camps, with occasional projects for independent schools and other mission-driven organizations. The Contractor will be engaged on an as-needed, per-project basis. Responsibilities Planning --Recommend audience targeting, campaign structure, budgets, and creative approaches --Advise on lead generation, event promotion, brand awareness, and retention campaigns --Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency Campaign Management --Build and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) --Create audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and conversion tracking --Monitor budgets and pacing --Conduct ongoing A/B testing of messaging, audiences, creative, and landing pages Reporting & Optimization --Track and analyze campaign performance --Provide regular reporting and insights --Make optimization recommendations based on performance data Qualifications --Demonstrated success generating leads through paid advertising --Experience with conversion tracking and analytics --Strong analytical and reporting skills --Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously --Excellent communication and organizational skills Engagement Details --Contract/Freelance Position --Remote --Flexible hours --Project-based and ongoing monthly management opportunities --Potential for long-term partnership as client portfolio grows
