Product Usability Tester - Structured Feedback Report

We're building a small ongoing panel of testers to give structured feedback on consumer products. You'll use a product in your normal routine for a few days, then complete a feedback report covering what worked, what didn't, and where it could improve. The feedback is used internally for product development and quality control. What you'll do: - Review a short brief on the product, the target customer, and what we want to learn - If a physical product is required, provide shipping details through the Upwork workroom after the contract starts - Use the product normally for 3 to 7 days following simple guidelines we provide - Take notes on setup, ease of use, quality, comfort, durability, and overall impression - Complete a structured feedback questionnaire - Optionally record a short walkthrough video (first use and any issues) - Answer a few follow-up questions if needed What you'll deliver: - A completed feedback report submitted through Upwork - Optional short video Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how products work - Clear written English - Honest, balanced feedback (positive and negative) - Reliable on agreed deadlines - Stable internet and the ability to receive a shipment if testing a physical product Nice to have: - Prior experience with usability testing, QA, UX research, surveys, or product feedback Notes: - This is internal research, not a public review, testimonial, or rating role. - All compensation is paid through Upwork milestones. Products are provided at no cost after the contract starts. You will never be asked to pay a fee or transact outside Upwork.
