Co-Developer for Construction App

We're looking for a skilled co-developer to collaborate on a construction industry app built for the Canadian market. You'll contribute to active development, focusing on features like project management, budgeting, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be familiar with Canadian market needs. Tech Stack • Python • Flask • Dash (Plotly) • Flutter or Capacitor (WebView wrapping) • Responsive UI / Mobile-first design • Mobile UI/UX (Android & iOS) What You'll Do • Develop and implement features as directed • Review and evaluate code submitted by the lead developer — flag issues before they merge • Test features against specs and report results clearly • Ensure mobile responsiveness, API connectivity, and overall code quality • Communicate progress and findings in structured written updates Requirements • Solid hands-on experience with Flask and Dash • Experience with Flutter WebView or Capacitor builds • Strong code review instincts — readability, edge cases, security basics • Available for timely turnaround (development tasks and reviews within agreed windows) • Basic knowledge of ERP ecosystems or operational workflow platforms. • Clear written English
