PowerPoint Presentation Designer Needed for Academic Medicine Leadership Interview

I am preparing for an interview for a Department Chair position at a major academic medical center and medical school. I have already developed the content and created a basic 5 slide PowerPoint presentation. I am seeking a highly skilled presentation designer to transform the deck into a polished, executive-level presentation that reflects leadership, vision, professionalism, and academic credibility. This is not a content-writing project. The primary need is visual design, layout optimization, and creation of a presentation that is compelling, modern, and memorable while remaining appropriate for a senior academic leadership audience. Project Goals Elevate an existing 5 slide PowerPoint deck into a professional executive presentation. Create a clean, modern, and sophisticated visual identity. Improve slide layouts, hierarchy, spacing, typography, and overall readability. Develop a neutral but impactful color palette that subtly aligns with the prospective employer's institutional branding. Design visual elements that highlight leadership accomplishments, strategic vision, clinical growth, research achievements, and departmental development. Incorporate professional icons, graphics, timelines, infographics, and visual callouts where appropriate. Create interactive PowerPoint elements such as clickable icons, expandable references, linked images, or pop-out features that can reveal supporting information during the presentation. Ensure the final presentation remains easily editable within PowerPoint. The ideal freelancer will possess: Strong PowerPoint design expertise with a portfolio of executive, consulting, healthcare, academic, or investor presentations. Experience creating presentations for senior leadership, C-suite executives, board meetings, strategy sessions, or academic institutions. Excellent visual storytelling skills. Strong graphic design and user interface (UI) design background. Ability to create sophisticated, modern visuals without excessive animation or gimmicks.
