Automated QC Tool

I need a developer to build an automated QC tool for reports. The app should allow field crews to upload daily report PDFs, mudlog PDFs, and LAS files. The system needs to extract key data, compare the files against a QC rubric and reporting standard, flag deficiencies, generate a QC score, and create a summary report for supervisor review. This is not just a basic PDF checker. The tool needs to compare multiple files together, including daily reports, 1-inch/5-inch final logs, and LAS data. Required checks should include missing fields, well information consistency, date/depth consistency, header/footer consistency, required sections, unit/label issues, LAS curve availability, flatline or repeating LAS values, total gas/component comparison where applicable, zeroed drilling values, and obvious report/log discrepancies. The first milestone should focus on the QC engine and structured output before building a polished dashboard. I need the system to produce a clear deficiency report showing what passed, what failed, what needs correction, and what requires supervisor review. Preferred stack: Python for the QC/parsing engine, React or similar for the frontend, and Supabase/PostgreSQL or equivalent for authentication, file storage, report history, and supervisor dashboard. Desired workflow: 1. Crew uploads report files 2. System extracts and compares key data 3. QC engine applies rubric-based checks 4. Tool generates score, flags, and correction notes 5. Crew can correct issues or submit with an override comment 6. Supervisor can review history, low-score reports, comments, and deficiencies Please only apply if you have experience with PDF parsing, structured data extraction, file comparison logic, and dashboard/workflow applications.
