Performance Creative Designer (AI Ads) — Meta / Google Ads / YouTube | $600/month

Overview: We are hiring a Performance Creative Designer to create high-converting ad creatives for paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads. This is not a traditional design role — it is a performance-driven creative role where every asset is tested in real ad campaigns and measured by results. Your creatives will be judged by: Hook Rate (first 3 seconds retention) CTR (Click-through rate) CPA / ROAS performance Winning creatives will be scaled; low performers will be quickly iterated or replaced. What You Will Do: Create high-performing static ads and video ads Develop multiple creative variations (hooks, angles, formats, ratios) Build platform-specific creatives for: Meta (Reels / Feed / Stories) YouTube pre-roll Google display ads Align creatives with landing pages for better conversion Continuously improve creatives based on performance data Identify winning concepts and iterate quickly Share weekly insights: what worked, what didn’t, and what to test next Tools You Should Be Comfortable With: You don’t need all of them, but experience with AI creative tools is a plus: Video: Runway / Kling / Pika / Sora Image: Midjourney / Flux Editing: CapCut / After Effects Voice: ElevenLabs We care more about output and performance than tools.
