Summary

We’re looking for someone who is extremely reliable, prompt to respond, flexible with their schedule and who genuinely cares about helping people. Someone who takes pride in clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and making every customer feel valued. You’ll be joining a small, remote team that believes great customer service comes from empathy, patience, and attention to detail. We take our work seriously, but we keep things friendly and collaborative. What you’ll do - Respond to customer email inquiries with accuracy and warmth - Communicate clearly and professionally - Collaborate with a supportive team that values great communication and accountability - Use tools like Microsoft Teams, Shopify and Richpanel (experience is helpful but not required) What we’re looking for - 30-40 hours per week - Excellent written English and strong reading comprehension - Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized - Experience in customer service or eCommerce support is a plus If you care about doing great work, enjoy helping people, and want to be part of a team that respects your time and effort, we’d love to hear from you.
