China-Based Apparel Sourcing Support - ODM Cotton Jersey / Lifestyle Garments

I run a UK-based custom sportswear and merch brand working with teams, clubs and communities. We are looking for China-based support to help us find and vet better factories for cotton jersey / lifestyle garments. Sportswear is part of our business, but the main focus for this project is improving our cotton and lifestyle product options. We mainly work by finding strong base products, then customising them for different clubs and teams through print, branding, labels and small fit tweaks. We are not looking to develop completely new products from scratch. We are mainly looking for good ODM factories with existing blanks/templates that we can slightly adjust and repeat across different designs. Products we are interested in include: * Cotton jersey garments * T-shirts * Hoodies * Tracksuits / lifestyle sets * Other streetwear-style blanks * Potentially caps or merch accessories later The right factories need to: * Accept low MOQs, ideally around 10–20 units per design/team * Offer good quality existing products/templates * Allow small tweaks to fit, labels, print and branding * Be suitable for repeat orders across different clubs and designs * Communicate clearly and quickly in English - Ideally whatsapp * Be open to long-term work * Offer better quality than basic promo merchandise We are aiming for a standard/streetwear feel rather than cheap basic blanks. For this first trial, we mainly need help finding and vetting factories. If it goes well, there may be more work later helping with samples, production coordination or QC, but the first priority is supplier research and recommendation. What we need from you: * Find suitable ODM factories in China * Speak to/check factories in Chinese * Confirm MOQ, pricing, sample cost, lead time and customisation options * Collect example product images from the factory * Compare the strongest options * Recommend the best factories for our needs * Introduce us to the best options so we can continue direct conversations The ideal output would be a clear recommendation sheet including: * Factory name/contact * Location * Product examples/images * MOQ * Price range (inc shipping) * Sample cost * Lead time (production & sample and inc shipping) * Customisation options * Communication quality * Why you recommend or do not recommend them * Best next steps We would like to start with a small hourly trial around 1–2 product categories first, likely focused on cotton jersey / lifestyle garments.
