Google Ads Expert - Q/A Tracking & Conversion Set Up

We’re looking for a Google Ads and conversion tracking expert to review and clean up our current tracking setup before we launch new Demand Gen retargeting campaigns. Our Google Ads account is around seven years old and has accumulated several older tracking connections over time, including Google Ads tags, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and legacy AdWords-related conversion actions. Right now, our website appears to have multiple conversion/tracking setups active, and we want to make sure everything is accurate, simple, and optimized correctly. The main goal is to confidently track conversions from our Typeform application and use that conversion action to optimize retargeting campaigns, especially Demand Gen remarketing campaigns. We need someone who can audit the current setup and help us answer questions like: Which conversion action should we be optimizing toward in Google Ads? Should our primary conversion tracking be coming from Google Ads, Google Analytics, or the Google Tag? Are there duplicate or outdated conversion actions that should be removed or set as secondary? Is our Typeform application conversion being tracked correctly? Are our remarketing audiences being built correctly from website visitors and Typeform/application behavior? Is the account ready to launch Demand Gen retargeting campaigns optimized toward the correct conversion action? Scope of Work: Review our Google Ads account conversion actions Review current Google Tag / GTM / GA4 setup Identify duplicate, outdated, or conflicting conversion tracking Confirm whether Typeform application submissions are being tracked correctly Recommend the cleanest and most reliable conversion setup Help configure or advise on the correct primary conversion action Provide a clear summary of what was fixed, what should stay, and what should be removed or deprioritized Ideal Candidate: Strong experience with Google Ads conversion tracking Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads tags Experience with Typeform conversion tracking Able to simplify messy legacy tracking setups Able to clearly explain what should be optimized and why
