n8n Automation Specialist Needed – Close CRM ↔ Intercom Activity Sync

We are looking for an experienced n8n automation specialist to build and document a workflow that synchronizes communication activity between Close CRM and Intercom. Project Scope We use Close CRM for sales communications and Intercom for customer success. We need an automation that captures communication activity from Close and creates corresponding notes/events within Intercom. The workflow should support: * Incoming phone calls * Outgoing phone calls * Incoming SMS messages * Outgoing SMS messages Requirements The automation should: * Trigger automatically when activity occurs in Close CRM * Identify the correct contact in Intercom * Create a note or timeline event in Intercom containing relevant communication details * Handle both call and SMS activity * Include error handling and logging * Be well documented so our team can maintain it Example Data to Sync For calls: * Contact name * Phone number * Call direction * Call duration * Call outcome/status * Call notes * Recording URL (if available) * Timestamp For SMS: * Contact name * Phone number * Message direction * Message content * Timestamp Technical Requirements * Strong experience with n8n * Experience integrating APIs and webhooks * Familiarity with Close CRM * Familiarity with Intercom * Ability to document workflows and hand off cleanly Deliverables * Fully functioning n8n workflow(s) * Setup instructions * Documentation of all workflows and credentials required * Testing and validation of all activity types To Apply Please include: 1.
