Summary

We are looking for a skilled Lidar and Camera Data Fusion Specialist to merge colored point cloud data from Lidar Velodyne 16 and Camera insta360 X3 with background photos. The files will have the LAS or RCP extension and are generated by a SLAM system. The successful candidate will have expertise in Lidar data processing, camera calibration, and point cloud registration. They will be responsible for accurately aligning and merging the data to create a comprehensive 3D representation. This project requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of 3D reconstruction techniques.
