Summary

Promonu is seeking a Growth Marketing & Traffic Acquisition Specialist to help drive measurable growth for our clients. We are not looking for a traditional ad manager who only launches campaigns. We are looking for someone who understands the complete customer acquisition process and can contribute to both traffic generation and creative execution. Promonu specializes in CRM implementation, business automation, websites, lead generation systems, AI integration, process optimization, and growth operations. Our clients already have the infrastructure in place. We need someone who can bring qualified traffic into those systems and help optimize performance. This position will begin on a project basis with the potential for an ongoing long-term relationship. Responsibilities Traffic Acquisition Create and manage Google Ads campaigns Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns Audience research and targeting Keyword research Retargeting campaign setup Budget allocation recommendations Campaign optimization Performance reporting Creative Development Create ad creatives using Canva or similar tools Develop image-based ad campaigns Create short-form video ads Write ad copy and headlines Develop offers and calls-to-action Test creative variations Performance Optimization Analyze campaign performance Improve conversion rates Recommend landing page improvements Review lead quality Monitor cost per lead and return on ad spend Identify opportunities for growth Required Skills Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Campaign Optimization Audience Targeting Conversion Tracking Google Analytics Ad Copywriting Canva Basic Video Editing Performance Reporting Preferred Skills GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Experience Landing Page Optimization Funnel Optimization Marketing Automation Local Business Marketing Lead Generation Campaigns Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative. You understand how to: Generate traffic Create compelling ads Improve conversion rates Analyze campaign data Make recommendations based on performance You can think beyond simply launching ads and contribute to the overall growth strategy of a client account. Initial Engagement The first engagement will involve reviewing and supporting two existing client accounts. Objectives include: Reviewing current marketing assets Recommending traffic acquisition strategies Creating initial campaigns Developing creative assets Establishing baseline KPIs Producing measurable results that can be used as future case studies To Apply Please include: A brief overview of your experience. Examples of Google Ads campaigns you have managed. Examples of Meta Ads campaigns you have managed. Examples of creatives you personally designed. Your preferred tools for creative production. Experience with GHL, CRM systems, or marketing automation. A short explanation of how you would approach generating leads for a local service business. Applications that provide real examples and measurable results will be prioritized.
