Real Estate Videographer + Drone Operator Needed — Multiple Properties, Ongoing Projects Portfolio Required Drone Mandatory Full Editing Included Project-Based Overview We're sourcing a professional real estate videographer to cover multiple property shoots. This is project-based work to start — but we have a consistent volume of listings and are looking for the right person to handle them on an ongoing basis. Drone coverage is not optional. Every project includes aerial footage, ground-level walkthroughs, and full post-production editing. If you only do one of those, this isn't a match. What this work involves Interior and exterior property walkthroughs — residential and/or commercial Aerial drone footage (licensed, insured, FAA Part 107 preferred) Full video editing — color grading, music licensing, pacing, titles Delivery of polished, client-ready final cuts Ability to work within scheduled property access windows Turnaround that keeps up with active listing timelines You're a fit if you have A real estate video portfolio you can share right now — links, not attachments Your own drone equipment and a current FAA Part 107 certificate A professional editing workflow (Premiere, Resolve, or similar) Experience matching video style to high-value property marketing Reliable equipment, reliable schedule, professional communication Do not apply if You have no real estate video work to show — general videography doesn't count You outsource your drone work or your editing to someone else Your portfolio is locked, password-protected, or "coming soon" You need significant direction on shoot day Applications without a real estate portfolio link will not receive a response.
