Community Recruitment Agent Needed in Brazil for Paid Home Video Project

We are looking for a reliable local community agent in Brazil who can help us recruit, guide, and manage participants for a paid household video recording project. The project involves collecting real-life household activity videos to help train AI and robotics systems to understand how people perform daily home tasks. Participants will record simple daily activities from home, such as washing dishes, cooking, cleaning, organizing objects, folding clothes, preparing food, making coffee, using household tools, or moving objects. **Example of the Recording Style:** Please watch this example video to understand the type of content we need: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYXfsaQLMVA **How This Project Works:** There are two ways to join: **1. As a participant** Participants record simple household task videos from home and get paid **$4 USD per accepted recorded hour**. **2. As an agent** As an agent, you help us find and manage participants for the project. You will receive an extra **$1 USD per accepted recorded hour** for each person you bring. **Agent Earning Example:** If one person you bring records **5 accepted hours per day**, you earn **$5 USD per day** from that person as an agent. * 10 active people = $50 USD per day * 30 active people = $150 USD per day * 50 active people = $250 USD per day Our goal is to build a community of up to **200 active participants in Brazil**. **Your Role:** As a community agent, your responsibilities will include: * Finding participants in Brazil. * Explaining the project clearly to interested people. * Adding interested participants to our official project group. * Helping participants understand the recording instructions. * Guiding participants so they can start recording properly. * Keeping participants active and motivated. * Tracking who has joined, started, completed, or needs support. * Communicating with our team regularly about participant progress. **Requirements:** * Must be based in Brazil or have strong access to communities in Brazil. * Fluent Spanish is required. * Basic English is a plus. * Good communication and people-management skills. * Experience with recruiting, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, local communities, student groups, or field coordination is a plus. * Must be responsible, organized, and able to work independently. **To Apply, Please Answer:** 1.
