Backend-Focused Full Stack Developer – Join a Growing SaaS at an Exciting Moment

We're building Caperity, a resource capacity planning SaaS for project-driven teams. The product is live with paying customers, and bigger clients are starting to knock on the door. To support that growth, we're looking for a developer to join us on a long-term basis as a trusted technical partner. **Who we are** We're a small, focused team with a good spirit and a passion for delivering real value to our customers. You'll help us strengthen the backend architecture, improve performance and reliability, improve monitoring, and tackle technical challenges as we scale.
