Full stack Headless CMS Developer (Strapi, Payload, Sanity or similar)

Hi! We’re looking for a developer with experience in headless CMS to help us plan the right setup for a small marketing website. This is a small first task, not a full website build. We want to choose the right CMS and prepare a clear content structure before starting development. We’re considering tools like Sanity, Strapi, Contentful, Storyblok, Payload CMS, or Directus. The future frontend may be built with Astro, React, or Next.js, so we need someone who understands how headless CMS works with modern frontend stacks. The CMS should be easy for a non-technical marketing team to manage later. What we expect is actually a short written recommendation covering the suggested CMS, basic content model structure, recommended reusable blocks, and key next steps.
