Senior Full-Stack Developer (10-Year+ Long-Term Partnership) | $10k - $15k/month

We are looking for an elite, highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join us for a true long-term partnership. This is not a short-term gig or a standard freelance contract. We are offering a stable, full-time position with a commitment of 10+ years for the right candidate. What You Will Do: Take complete ownership of the product's technical architecture, from front-end user experience to back-end infrastructure. Write clean, scalable, and highly maintainable code. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to handle significant user traffic. Collaborate directly with the leadership team to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Eventually build and mentor a small, high-performing technical team as the product scales. What We Are Looking For: 7+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
