Custom two-story residence in South Carolina. Existing floor plans, engineered roof trusses, and engineered beam design available. Need foundation/slab design and complete structural framing package suitable for permitting and construction. Experience with IRC residential design and sealed calculations preferred. I want a full lumber take off as well.
