About Us: We are a B2B tech agency. Our HR Strategist builds the recruitment playbooks, interview scorecards, and hiring systems. We need a highly organized HR Specialist in Europe to execute those playbooks. The Role: You are the "hands" of the HR department. You do not design the strategy. We provide the job descriptions and grading rubrics. You source, filter, interview, and route candidates. Responsibilities: - Sourcing: Search for developers (Rust, React, AI) on Upwork and LinkedIn. - Screening: Filter proposals against our strict scorecards. Reject AI-generated spam. - Initial Interviews: Conduct 10-to-15-minute video calls to verify spoken English, internet stability, and baseline culture fit. - Pipeline Management: Maintain the applicant tracking system daily. Requirements: - Located in Europe. - Flawless spoken and written English (Ukrainian is a bonus, but not required). - Experience in HR, recruiting, or virtual assistance. - 100% dedicated focus — no concurrent employment or side-hustles.
