Creator Outreach Coordinator

Creator Outreach Coordinator We're looking for a Creator Outreach Coordinator to help us identify, contact, and onboard creators to the platform. This is a relationship-building role, not a hard sales role. Responsibilities: Send outreach messages to creators via: -X (Twitter) -Instagram -Email -SMS/Text -Start conversations with creators and build relationships -Follow up with creators who have shown interest -Answer basic questions about Velvetstar -Track all conversations and updates in Google Sheets CRM -Schedule calls with the founder when appropriate -Help creators through the signup and verification process -Maintain detailed notes on creator conversations Daily Expectations -Contact 50–100 creators per day -Follow up with existing leads -Update creator pipeline daily -Report metrics and progress Success Metrics You will be measured on: -Conversations Started -Creator Responses -Interested Creators -Calls Booked -Creator Signups -Verified Creators Requirements -Excellent written English -Strong communication skills -Comfortable having conversations online -Organized and detail oriented -Able to work independently -Familiarity with X (Twitter), Instagram, and creator platforms Bonus Experience -Creator Economy -Fan Platforms -Influencer Marketing -Community Management -Appointment Setting -Sales Development -Customer Success To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
