Real estate Wholesaling Expert & Appointment Setter

We are seeking an experienced cold caller to generate leads for wholesaling deals in California Central Coast and its surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and lead generation, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively. Your role will involve making outbound calls, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records of conversations. If you are motivated and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you. Proficient in Mojo or Batchdialer.com, Propstream, Deal Machine and/or Perpiello. We woudl expect that you have this software and can manage the CRM info of clients and only send the warm leads or appointments. Join us in building a successful wholesaling business!
