Social Media Content Creator & Manager

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help grow Carla+ Curls, a beauty-tech startup. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity, storytelling and execution. We are looking for a person who can think beyond templates, understand brand positioning, and create engaging content that aligns with our voice and mission. Responsibilities include: • Managing Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn • Repurposing founder and event content into high-performing posts, reels and stories • Creating graphics and short-form videos using Canva, CapCut and AI tools • Writing captions and adapting content for different audiences • Supporting B2B growth through content targeting brands, retailers, distributors and salon partners • Bringing fresh ideas and creative concepts to increase awareness and engagement You should be: • Creative and proactive • Comfortable working with AI tools • Strong in visual storytelling • Able to understand and maintain a consistent brand voice • Interested in beauty, haircare, technology, startups or innovation • Comfortable suggesting new ideas rather than only executing instructions Creating fresh ideas and campaigns.
