Looking to partner with a professional that can assist in helping set-up, launch, and manage a CFO Advisory (Fractional CFO) business. The requirements include: - must have experience in this space with a proven and verifiable track record - must be a professional of high integrity - former Big 4 experience a plus but not required - strong communication and follow-up skills - must be able to assist in developing a clear strategy/plan (plan includes covering strategies on people, process, systems, growth) with clear timelines and milestones - must be able to assist in sourcing top-tier service delivery talent and support staff (People strategy) - must be able to assist me in developing optimal organizational structure setup - open to assisting in managing the growth of the Firm once setup is complete and Firm is launched - Must think "Big"
