Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant (Posting, Thumbnails & Captions)

About the Role We’re looking for a reliable Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant to support our content delivery workflow. This role is focused on execution and quality control - making sure content is posted cleanly, correctly, and consistently across platforms. You’ll be working with pre-edited content, clear brand guidelines, and documented SOPs. Attention to detail is essential. Key Responsibilities • Upload and schedule social media content (primarily Instagram, with cross-posting where required) • Create simple, on-brand thumbnails (text + framing) • Write clear, brand-aligned captions • Post content and cross-check that everything is live and formatted correctly • Check tags, hashtags, spacing, links, and visual presentation • Flag issues or inconsistencies and communicate them clearly What We’re Looking For • Experience posting content for brands, creators, or agencies • Strong attention to detail and consistency • Confidence writing short-form captions • Basic design skills (Canva is sufficient) • Comfortable following SOPs and brand guidelines • Reliable communication and task ownership Nice to Have (Not Required) • Experience working as a VA or within an agency • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools • Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content Hours & Structure • Part-time, ongoing • Flexible hours • Remote
