Summary

Marlie AI is hiring a full-time AI Support Specialist to help manage, troubleshoot, and improve AI receptionists for service businesses. This is a hands-on operations role that combines customer support, quality assurance, testing, and AI configuration. You'll investigate customer issues, listen to call recordings, identify problems, make changes to AI agents, and verify that everything works correctly. Responsibilities Review and resolve customer support tickets Listen to call recordings and identify issues Configure and edit AI agents based on customer requirements Make test calls to verify behavior and fixes Troubleshoot call flows, scheduling, transfers, booking logic, and customer-reported issues Reproduce bugs and document findings Verify fixes before closing tickets Work closely with the founder to improve AI performance and customer experience Monitor AI agents and proactively identify opportunities for improvement Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Strong attention to detail Comfortable learning software and new systems quickly Strong problem-solving skills Organized and reliable Comfortable making phone calls and listening to recordings Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues Nice to Have Customer support experience QA or software testing experience Technical support experience Experience with AI tools, CRMs, or automation platforms Experience troubleshooting workflows and business processes What Success Looks Like Customer issues are resolved quickly and accurately AI agents are configured correctly Bugs are identified and reproduced clearly Support tickets are handled with minimal supervision Customers have a smooth experience with their AI receptionist Compensation Full-time Remote Flexible working hours
