The VPS is experiencing unusually high CPU usage, and current observations indicate the issue may be related to server configuration, background processes, scheduled tasks, WordPress plugins/toolkit jobs, or database-heavy activity rather than confirmed malware. The objective is to identify the root cause and resolve it without upgrading the server. Ongoing Support Requirement: In addition to the immediate task, we require ongoing website support and maintenance on a yearly basis through block hours. This will include technical support, maintenance, issue resolution, and assistance for future website requirements as needed. We are flexible with pricing based on scope and engagement.
