Web based and IOS application

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to help complete and enhance an existing Fleet and Driver Management platform. The platform consists of: React-based Web Admin Portal (already developed and requires further enhancements) iOS Mobile Application Android Mobile Application Backend APIs and Database About the Project This platform is designed for managing a vehicle rental fleet and drivers. Key features include: Fleet management Vehicle service and maintenance tracking Registration, insurance, and compliance documentation Driver management Driver onboarding and profile management Rental agreement creation and management Toll and expense tracking Vehicle allocation and assignment Reporting and dashboards Notifications and reminders Role-based user access Required Skills React.js React Native (iOS & Android) Node.js (or equivalent backend technology) REST APIs PostgreSQL or similar databases Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Mobile app deployment to Apple App Store and Google Play Store Git and CI/CD pipelines What We Are Looking For Proven experience building and shipping business applications Strong understanding of scalable application architecture Ability to improve and extend an existing codebase Experience using AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Copilot to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables Engagement Model This is a milestone-based contract. Payments will be tied to agreed deliverables and successful completion of milestones. We are looking for someone focused on delivering quality outcomes rather than tracking hours.
