Hi Upworkers! I am looking for a Media Buyer with creative skills who can plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns AND design the static ad creatives that go with them. MUST have experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), campaign structure, and designing static ad creatives in Canva or Photoshop. Candidates must show previous work with both ad campaigns (screenshots from Ads Manager showing spend, ROAS, CTR, or CPL) AND static ad creatives they have personally designed. This is a dual-skillset role, not a button-pusher position. You'll be the engine of our paid ads pod, working alongside two video editors and reporting directly to me (the founder). The scope of work will vary as we onboard new ad clients (currently 7 active or pending accounts). On a typical week you can expect to plan 2-4 campaigns, design 8-15 static ad creatives, brief our video editors on video ad concepts, monitor live campaigns daily, and produce client reports. We have a range of clients so this work will span across multiple businesses from hospitality (mostly) to clothing brands, lighting, solar and more. You will work closely with our marketing team to create campaigns that drive real business results for our clients (foot traffic, bookings, leads, sales). We ask that planning and creative work is completed as early as possible to give our team time to review before campaigns go live. This will be a fast paced role and a quick turnaround is expected. For the first 30 days, all campaigns will be built in draft/paused state for my review before going live. From day 30, you'll have progressive autonomy on existing accounts based on performance and trust built. You will be asked to give feedback on the media we use, our systems and processes, and any improvements you see fit.
