Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant / Admin We are looking for an experienced Salesforce FSC specialist to support configuration, administration, and ongoing development work across a Financial Services Cloud implementation. This is a hands-on role — we need someone who can work independently, hit the ground running, and deliver clean, well-documented solutions. What you'll be doing · Configure and maintain Financial Services Cloud — households, person accounts, relationship groups, financial accounts, and rollups · Set up and manage Action Plans, Referral Management, Life Events, and Interaction Summaries · Build and maintain flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets aligned to FSC best practices · Support data migration, data quality, and ongoing data model governance · Create and manage reports and dashboards for relationship managers and business stakeholders · Translate business requirements into FSC configuration — independently, without hand-holding What we need · Hands-on FSC experience — you must know the FSC data model, not just core Salesforce · Solid understanding of household modelling, party relationship groups, ARC, and financial account rollups Please include FSC-specific examples from your Upwork profile or portfolio. Generic Salesforce admin profiles without clear FSC experience will not be considered.
