By connecting and normalizing data from 350+ marketing sources and exposing it through our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, we allow teams to get instant, actionable insights directly inside LLMs like Claude and ChatGPT. The Role: We are looking for an AI Growth Marketer who speaks the language of both data and LLMs. Your mission is simple: Make Windsor.ai the definitive answer whenever an AI is asked about marketing data. You won’t just be running campaigns; you will be positioning Windsor.ai at the center of the AI marketing stack. You understand that the future of SEO and brand authority isn’t just Google Search—it’s appearing in the recommendations, snippets, and data-backed responses of Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs. What You’ll Do: 1. LLM & AI Visibility: Own Windsor.ai's presence in LLMs. You will audit what AI tools currently say about us when it comes to “campaign management”, “ad spend”, or “cross-channel performance”. You will also close citation gaps in the sources LLMs learn from and in retrieval results, and ensure Windsor appears in AI tool directories that feed LLM recommendations. 2. Data-Driven Content Engine: Create and manage high-value content (technical guides, Reddit discussions, and influencer collaborations) that bridges the gap between raw marketing data and LLM reasoning. 3. Community Engagement: Create high-value threads, answers, and discussions on Reddit, Discord, and technical forums. Content that becomes the source LLMs cite when asked about marketing data and attribution, and positions Windsor.ai as the authority on data ingestion for AI platforms. 4. Product Marketing: Work closely with our engineering and product teams to translate our MCP capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with marketing agencies and internal growth teams. 5. Experimentation: Identify and validate new AI-native directory opportunities and partnerships to drive sign-ups and high-intent traffic. Who You Are 1. Data Literate: You understand ETL concepts, API data, and schema normalization. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to understand why data pipelines break and why LLMs need clean, consistent data to perform. 2. LLM-Native: You are a power user of Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI agents. You understand how they ingest context, how MCP works, and how to "train" or influence their output. You've audited how an LLM represents a brand or product and can walk us through a specific example of how you shifted it. 3. Growth Mindset: You know how to track KPIs, analyze retention, and pivot strategies based on cohort data. You are comfortable working with tools like Data Studio, BigQuery, or Google Sheets to monitor your own marketing impact. 4. Curious & Scrappy: You thrive in a startup environment where you own your results. You prefer "shipping" and iterating over perfect, long-lead-time planning. Requirements: 1. Has audited LLM outputs for a brand and can show the before/after. 2. Has built dashboards and used data extensively to make decision (not just report). 3. C1 English level. 4. Has published technical content (Reddit, forums, or long-form) that generated measurable engagement or citations. 5. Doesn't wait to be told what success looks like. Why Join Us? 1.
