I'm building a DTC ecommerce brand and I need someone who genuinely understands why people stop scrolling and how to make that happen in the first 2 seconds. This isn't a "edit my footage" job. I need a creative partner who thinks in hooks, feels the psychology behind a cut, and knows the difference between a video that looks good and a video that makes someone reach for their wallet. What the work looks like: 3–5 ad concepts per week Each concept has 3 variations , same body, different hooks and bridges I provide the scripts. You bring them to life. Formats: UGC-style, product demos, Reels, TikToks whatever the concept calls for, including AI-generated content if that's in your toolkit One brand for now. If we click, there's more. What I'm actually looking for: Someone who has edited ads that ran — not just ads that were submitted. I want to see your winners, not your portfolio pieces. If you've worked in ecommerce, DTC, or direct response and you understand the Meta/TikTok feed environment, you're already ahead of 90% of applicants. You should be obsessed with hooks. You should lose sleep over a bad transition. You should be able to watch a competitor's ad and immediately tell me what's working and why. The deal: $40–$50 per concept (includes 3 variations different hooks, same body) Part-time to start can grow to full-time based on your output and availability Performance bonus: 5% of ad spend generated by the video. If Meta reports 100+ purchase events attributed to your video within 30 days, you earn a 5% bonus on the ad spend generated by that video. Once the ad spend reaches $50,000, the bonus rate decreases to 3%. Tracked directly in Ads Manager. No guesswork, no disputes. If your videos scale, you get rewarded. Simple and transparent. Tools don't matter. Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, AI tools, whatever gets the best result. To apply, don't send me a generic proposal. Show me one ad you edited that you're proud of and tell me in 3 sentences why it worked. If you can't do that, we're not a fit. Looking for someone hungry, fast, and good. In that order. One last thing: This is a long-term relationship if you're the right person. I pay on time, I give clear direction, and when your work performs — you'll know it and you'll feel it in your paycheck. I'm not looking for a vendor. I'm looking for someone who gives a damn.
