Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy You will lead the strategy and execution that drives revenue across the firm. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing sales strategies that consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals - Analyzing sales performance, conversion metrics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities - Partnering closely with Marketing to maximize lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates - Creating and refining sales playbooks, scripts, processes, and best practices across multiple immigration service lines - Identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions that improve performance 2. Sales Team Leadership You will build and develop a high-performing sales culture rooted in accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement. You will: - Help recruit, onboard, train, and develop top-performing sales professionals - Conduct impactful one-on-one coaching sessions focused on performance, development, and accountability - Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and success metrics - Use data to identify performance gaps and coach team members toward measurable improvement - Foster a culture where excellence, ownership, and client care go hand in hand 3. Lead Conversion Excellence You will ensure that every qualified lead receives an exceptional experience from first contact through signed engagement. You will: - Oversee sales activity across phone, email, SMS, and digital communication channels - Monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy - Improve consultation-to-retainer conversion rates - Analyze lost opportunities and implement strategies to increase close rates - Ensure all client interactions reflect professionalism, empathy, and compliance 4. Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement You will leverage data and technology to build a smarter, more scalable sales operation.
