Headquartered in New Jersey, we help businesses obtain and maintain government contract vehicles, streamline operations, and increase sales through technology-driven solutions. • We are seeking an English speaking Technical Project Manager / Lead PHP & WordPress Developer to join our team for a long-term collaboration. • Position Overview • This is a hands-on leadership role that combines project management with active software development. The ideal candidate will not only manage projects and coordinate development efforts but will also write code, perform testing, review code produced by other developers, and participate in technical decision-making. • You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time while maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability. Required Skills • Strong PHP development experience • Advanced WordPress development and customization skills • Experience developing custom plugins and integrations • Strong understanding of MySQL and database design • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies • Experience managing software development projects • Ability to write technical specifications and development plans • Experience with Git and version control systems • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills • Excellent communication skills in English and Russian Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage PHP and WordPress development projects • Write, maintain, and optimize application code • Develop new features and enhance existing systems • Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards • Test functionality and ensure software quality before deployment • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Coordinate developers, designers, and QA resources • Define project scope, timelines, and priorities • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates • Ensure website security, performance, and scalability • Participate in architecture and technical planning discussions What We Offer • Fully remote position • Long-term, stable collaboration • Full-time employment • Competitive compensation based on experience • Opportunity to work on innovative solutions serving the U.S. government contracting industry • Flexible remote work environment Working Hours • Full-time (8-hour workday) • Availability during UTC+3 business hours
