About CrazyLive CrazyLive is a financial-education and live-streaming company founded in 2025, with a large Chinese-language community in North America. Our daily prediction-market picks (Kalshi & Polymarket) are generated by a proprietary AI signal engine, and we publish every result — wins and losses. We're now launching our English product, Crazysignal: a $29/month subscription with daily AI-driven picks and a private Discord community. This is a ground-floor role shaping our English community culture from day one. What you'll do Run our English Discord: welcome and onboard new members, keep channels active and friendly. Post daily picks and daily settlement cards to the right channels. Drive engagement and retention; send loyalty / free-month reminders to members. Spot at-risk or cancelling members early and re-engage them. Escalate billing and wallet questions to support; keep the community on-message (educational, not advice). You should have Prior Discord community management for a paid or creator community. Fluent English and a warm, responsive style. Availability during US hours. Organized and reliable. Nice to have Interest in sports, betting, or prediction markets. Familiarity with crypto wallets (Phantom). Screening questions (Upwork) Which communities have you managed? Share size and a link if possible. What's your playbook for reducing churn in a member's first 30 days? A member is angry about a losing pick and posts about it. How do you handle it?
