Virtual CSR + Lead Gen Specialist — Plumbing/HVAC

We are a Plumbing Heating & Air Condition — a growing, family-run plumbing and HVAC company in New Jersey with 250+ five-star reviews. We are hiring a full-time Virtual CSR + Lead Generation Specialist to be the front door of our business. This is NOT just "answering phones." You will be guarding our revenue by responding to every new lead in under 60 seconds, booking appointments, and running our follow-up system across HouseCall Pro, Thumbtack, Angi, Google LSA, Facebook, and Instagram. IMPORTANT: This role is only for VAs who have already worked for a plumbing AND/OR HVAC business. Generic CSR backgrounds will not be considered. We will ask specific industry questions during the interview to verify.
