Full-Time AI Agent Engineer (Node.js / TypeScript, OpenAI, Claude, MCP) – US Time Zone

About Us We are building AI-powered business automation and agentic GTM systems that help businesses automate workflows, generate leads, qualify prospects, and improve customer acquisition. We're looking for a strong AI engineer to work directly with the founders on production AI systems and automation workflows. Compensation: $3,000/month + performance bonus Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Location: Remote Time Zone: Must have at least 4 hours overlap with US Pacific Time Responsibilities Build AI agents and automation workflows Integrate OpenAI, Claude, and other LLM providers Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript Build MCP tools and agent integrations Implement RAG systems and knowledge retrieval Integrate with CRM, sales, and marketing platforms Ship production-quality features in a fast-moving startup environment Requirements Strong experience with: Node.js TypeScript REST APIs OpenAI, Anthropic, Geminie APIs DynamoDB Git Experience with some of the following is a plus: MCP (Model Context Protocol) OpenAI Agents SDK LangGraph / LangChain AWS DynamoDB Playwright Python experience is helpful but not required. Bonus Experience We are especially interested in candidates who have worked on AI-powered GTM, sales, or marketing automation projects, including: Lead generation systems CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.) LinkedIn or email outreach automation Customer onboarding automation Agentic business workflows AI SDRs
